SUIT OVER GOSS HORSES SETTLED NEW ORLEANS La May 17 Frank A Goss of New York is the rightful owner of the race horses The Boy Panaman and End Man So it was ruled in the civil district court here Tuesday The dicision was handed down by judge Porter Parker brother of Governor John M Parker and unless taken to the state Supreme Court is ended in so far as the question of ownership is concerned concernedThe The suit was brought about last fall when Nash Turner who trained the thoroughbreds was haled into court to contest the claim that the horses were the property of Mr Goss Mr Goss contended that lie purchased the racers and turned them over to Turner to train He furnished a cash bond of 30 000 to show good faitli in the proceedings and the suit todayWhile hung in the courts until today While the right of ownership was being contested the horses were permitted to run and the purse money they won was put in escrow until a decision from the court was had
