OTTAWAS RACING FIGURES J K L Ross Heads Owners List Chasseur the Horses and Claver the Jockeys The spring meeting at Ottawa under the aus ¬ pices of the Connaught Park Jockey Club was held from June 15 to June 22 embracing the usual seven days of racing during which time fortynine races were run and 42500 distributed in stakes and purses The daily average distribution amounted to C071 The same general interest displayed in racing at other Canadian tracks was in evidence at Ottawa and each succeeding day of the meeting saw larger crowds present The sport itself was uniformly good and worthy
