Won handily; second and third driving. MABEL CURTIS set a good pace from the stnrt and drev away into a long lead after rounding the far turn, but had to be shaken up nt the end. OO LA LA finished with a rush after being taken to the outside in the stretch drive. AUNT AGNES was speedy, but tired in the last eighth. WAR RELIEF ran well and saved ground on all the turns. TlBRY A. followed Kama closely and, racing him into defeat, took the lead, but tired and just lasted long enough to withstand HASTEN OXS rush at the end. The latter finished fast and gamely, but swerved slightly in the last fifty yards. KAMA set a fast early pace and tired, but finished resolutely. VIC MUXOZ closed a big gap. THORNY WAY ran well. WITCH FLOWER was saved under slight restraint until well around the far turn, where she began moving up and, racing to an easy lead in the stretch, was again taken under restraint. BENGALI raced gamely, but had to be ridden out to outstay YORKIST. The latter began slowly, but finished fast and gaining. SUDOR, speedy, but possibly a uonstayer, set a fast early pace, but quit. Won driving; second and third the same. MOCK ORANGE was outpaced in the early running, but gradually improved his position and finishing wtih a rush through the stretcli got up to win drawing clear. EDDIE RICKENBACHER raced in close pursuit of CARMANDALE, but his weight told on him after he had disposed of the latter and he tired in the last sixteenth. DAYDUE ran well and finished fast and close up. EULAH F. began slowly and finished fast. HIDDEN JEWEL was much used up in setting the early pace and racing CARMANDALE and tired.
