SARATOGA READY FOR AUG. MEETING NEW YORK, N. Y., July 6. A. McL. Ear-locker, secretary of the Saratoga Racing Association, has returned to New York after a visit to tha npstnte course. Ha reported the plant beautifully fit for the opening of the meeting there in August and announced that the racing will start at three oclock, daylight saving time.
