YEARLING SALES AT NEWMARKET LONDON, England. July 15. At the Second July Meeting sales at Newmarket ninety-seven yearlings wens sold for 88,565. an average of ,015. The best prices were: Kay filly., by Toiloisk Loyal Cheer, by Diamond Jubilee; Marshall Field, Chicago. 1,000. Kay colt, by Corcyra Keaune, by St. Frusquin: Uiehard Marsh. 6,500. Kay colt, by John oGaunt Lesbia, by St. Frus-H.liin; Sir II. Cunliffc-Owcn. SI 0.00O. Chestnut colt, by Sunstar Curia, by Cicero; Lady Ktillough. 1921.sh,500. The four-year-old gray colt Sarchedon. by The Tetrarch Perfect Peach, by Persimmon, has been privajely sold to Percy Miller of Australia, who already owns Magpie and Demosthenes. Sarehedons price was 5,000 and he goes to Australia as a sire. So does Kossendale. the sire of the good American Yellow Hand. He was sold at the absurd price of ,050. Both leave for Sydney, X. S. W., next week. John Sanford of Amsterdam. X". Y.. owns Dark Flight, tin; dam of Night Patrol, which won the Newmarket July Handicap Thursday.
