RACES FOR WEST VIRGINIA FAIR The Wood County Agricultural Fair Association at Parkersburg, W. Va., will have running races in connection with the big agricultural fair to be given by them August 23 to 20. There will be five running races each das and no purse less than 00. W. Dundas will have charge of the mutuels.
