The latter raced into -the lead on the last turn, but tired and gave way right at the end. COLOSSUS made up ground and finished fast. MABEL CURTIS was oft iMiorly, but "closed a big gap into third place mid tired. WM. OLDT raced in closest "pursuit to the last sixteenth and gave way. ASHLAND finished fast.
