INTERNATIONAL MILITARY RACE AUG. 24 PAKIS, France, Aug. 12. .An International Military Cup event will be run at Ostend on August 21. The race is for four-year-olds and over and carries witli it a purse oT $.".,000 and a cup for the winner. Horses entered in the race must have been the property of one of the allied governments or of an officer of an allied army since May 1, 1921. Itiders must be in the active military service of one of the allied nations at the time of the race.
