FOUR MORE WINNERS FOR W. HINPHY MONTREAL, Que., August 17. Taking the lead after completing half the Journey R. V. Haymakers Lura scored a decisive victory over Musito and Oaklawn Belle in the La Salle Handicap, which featured the racing at King Edward Park today. Jockey W. Hinphys riding was again a feature. He piloted four winners today, bringing his total up to thirteen during four days of this meeting. The Coronado Stables Maiden Voter came from behind the stretch to win the second race for Canadian-owned horses. My Mazie scored by a narrow margin in the opening dash and won with considerable to spare. Jockey E. Atkinson was today restored to good standing by the stewards and he will ride here for the division of the Napa Farm Stable being trained by E. F. Roilly. The suspension against Wade Brown and the horses OMalley and Right Angle was continued. J. Wakeman today purchased Debut from Benny Creech and T. Doyle will train her. The shipment of thirty-one horses, including those of E. E. Major, ,R. II. Good, O. Blank, O. Foster and other stables left last night for Erie, Pa. W. McKinney was an arrival today at Blue Bonnets with the stable of E. T. Zollicoffer, made up of ten head. Mr. Thomas I. Gorman, secretary of the Con-naught Park Jockey Club of Ottawa, was a visitor here today for the first time and was favorably impressed with the beautiful island course.
