CURRENT NOTES OF THE TURF Will McDanicl, who is traiuing J. H. Rosseters horses, proposes to make Churchill Downs his winter quarters and has asked for stall reservations there. The Fasig-Tipton Compauy will sell all of the horses of the Pelican Stable iu the paddock at Belmont Park on September 10. Kay Spcnce, who will have charge of the Montfort Jones horses, has engaged fitty stalls at Douglas Park. Thirty of the stalls are now occupied by the Spence-Jones yearlings undergoing their initial racing lessons,
