THE PORTER TO BE RETIRED TO STUD NF.W YORK, N. Y., September 12. Trainer J. F. Schorr has sent the K. It. McLean horses, including Dreamer Allah and The Porter, to Hfivro de Grace. Schorr announced before , leavjhg that " The Porter will be retired to join "Colin in the stud at the McLean farm at Leesburg, Va., at the end of this years racing. However, The. Porter may be meed again next year. Jockey J. Butwell also departed yesterday for the Harford County track, where he will assist in the preparation of the McLean horses for Marylaud fall racing.
