RETURNS OF WINDSOR FALL MEETING TOBOXTO, Out.. October 15. According to returns made to the provincial treasurer by George M. Heiidrie of Hamilton, treasurer of the Windsor Jockey Club, there was a total of ,363,057 wagered aL"thc"Angust meeting of the club. Three per tent of the total went to tho Windsor Jockey Club. For the period from August 17 to 24 inclusive, the receipts amounted to S6,2S6, of which pari-niutuel commif-sion accounted for 31,353. and the jgato 40,201, from which a deduction of 1,684 a$ to bt made lo cover war tax paid ou admissions. Expenditures on tho part of the club totaled ?261,1C8, of which .?S1,200 wont for purses and 52,500 for license. The track showed an operating profit for the meeting of 5,1X8,
