i QUINCY STABLE RECORD OF 1921 WHAT CAPTAIN ALCOCK, COPPER DEMON RELAY AND OTHER MEMBERS OF THIS FORMIDABLE ESTABLISHMENT ACCOMPLISHED IN LAST YEARS RACING - i The Qnincy Stable, owned by James J. Johnson and trained by James Fitzsimmons, was one of the large racing establishments of this country thai won in excess of 00,000 during the year 1921. The exact total for the year was 11,331. The speedy Ogden colt Captain Alcock, which raced with dis-tlnction among the best handicap horses of last year, was its chief winuer with 0,384 to his credit. Copper Demon gave substantial aid. accounting for 1,143. while the two-year-old Relay contributed 2,978. Other good winners in the Quincy Stable colors were Knobbie. ,643. and Ray Jay. ,397. The much discussed colt Playfellow won two races for the Quincy Stable before being sold to the Rancocas Stable.
