i « MOBILE TO HAVE FIFTEEN-DAY MEETING MOBILE. Ala., February 5. — The Circuit Court of Alabama rendered a decision Saturday prohibiting the Stale of Alabama from appealing the case in which a decision was granted in favor of IL C. Mnr-nan. president of the Business Mens Racing Association of Mobile, against the state law which prohibits making wagers on horse racing in Alabama. The Circuit Court held the above-mentioned law unconstiutional and through this decision a fifteen day meeting is insured here during March, 1922.
