J HORSES AT MAPLE HEIGHTS | Plenty of Racing Material for Ohio State Jockey Club Spring Meeting. CLEVELAND, Ohio, April 18.— Horses are arriving here daily for the spring meeting to be held at Maple Heights under the auspices of the Ohio State Jockey Club from May 6 to May 20. General manager S. X. Holman has a j large force of men working in the various departments reshaping the plant for horsemen. Work has been started on the new stables and the contract calls for their completion before the end of the week. Another force of men have been busy reshaping the roads leading to the grandstand to conform with the new plans. Among the recent arrivals are the horses American Eagle, Beverly James, Le Bala- : fre. Top Rung, Baby Faust, Sea Urchin, Athgarven, Billy Boots, McAdoo, Betsy Pet, I Winall, Hatty McCarty, Minnie Mack, Clip, I Reveler, Minda, Aleso, Tatting and Chefa. t En route from Tijuana are the following : Virge, Walter Mack, Brown Favorite, Clear the Way, Coombs, Van Patrick, Garden City, Coffield, Gath, Sans Peur II., Salgeorge, ■ Frank Fogarty, General Agramonte and Lady lone.
