SANGRAILS EASY VICTORY LONDON, England, April 18. — Sangrail, Joseph Bensons chestnut colt, 4, by Santoi — Marie Lloyd, by Tredennis, won the Great Metropolitan Stakes at Epsom this afternoon with ease. G. J. Plevins Flint Jack, a five-year-old chestnut gelding, by Reck Flint — Country Girl, was second and R. Days Adorna, bay mare, 5, by Mushroom — Sea Sea, third. The winner was an outsider in the betting. The Great Metropolitan is a handicap at about two miles and a quarter with ,000 : added and a 5 starting fee. There were fifty nominations, but only sixteen accepted weights. Flint Jack took second place by a short head from Adorna. Le Roi, the favorite in the race, fell at the finish and his rider, Elliott, was injured. . » — , _
