NEW ORLEANS NEW DISECTOES GET BUSY NEW ORLEANS, La., July 13. War on handbooks in New Orleans with an appeal to the city for an ordinance to aid in the battle was the outstanding development of the first meeting of the new board of directors of the Business Mens Racing Association, John Dymond presiding. It was announced that Robert S. Eddy, Jr., would continue as general manager pending a new appointment. It was not intimated when a substitution might be made. A committee was appointed to consider the formation of a golf club for play over a proposed nine-hole course in the infield, participation in play to be limited to stockholders in the association. The president was delegated the selection of a presiding steward, presentation to be made of his choice at the next meeting. C. J. Fitz Gerald, Joseph A. Murphy, Francis. Nelson and Malcolm Macfarlane were mentioned as those who possibly would be offered the posiiton. The president wa3 authorized to borrow 5,000 for the payment of the associations current debts.
