LIVINGSTON GOOD NAME, BUT DONT USE IT LEXINGTON, Ky., July 13. James Johnston McCrary. whoso home is in Boyd County near New Albany, Indiana, and who came here from Cincinnati June S and registered at the Lafayette Hotel under the name of J. Livingston, asserted that he was the owner of Firebrand and secured money from Leonard B. Shouse, president and manager of the hotel, who believed him" to be Jefferson Livingston, the widely known pickle manufacturer and turfman, was tried in Circuit Court yesterday aftemcon and was found guilty. McCrarys punishment was fixed at one year in the penitentiary.
