PRIZES FOR THE BREEDERS SAN FRANCISCO, Cal., August 2. The Pacific Coast Jockey Club in reviving racing at Tanforan next winter plans to ever keep in sight the breeding interests of the state. With that end in view it is intended to model the five principal stake races to be run at Tanforan after the great English classics and in nearly every stake provision will be made for part of the prize money going to the first three or four horses.
