"BUDDY" ENSOR GRANTED NEW JOCKEY LICENSE i SARATOGA SPRINGS, N. Y., August 12. At a meeting of the stewards of the Jockey Club held after the first race "Buddy" Ensor was granted a license to ride. Favorable 1 action was also taken on the following applications : Trainers G. "V. Barnes, Louis Cahn, Ros-coe Goose, Frank J. McDonald, James Mc-Namara, AVilliam Morrissey, John B. Sweeney, Seabron Taylor and Gwyn Tompkins. Jockeys A. E. Collins, Mack Garner, F. . Ginley, L. Ensor, Cornelius Hughes, William J. McCleary, Earl Pool, Frederick M. Smith i and Nash Turner.
