AFFECTATION set the pace from soon after the start and stole away into a long lead to win in a canter. KELTIE ran well aud, finishing gamely, easily held the others safe, but could not get to the winner. DELLAHM saved ground on the stretch turn and finished fast. Won driving; second and third the same. JUNE FLY gained steadily through the stretch and. finishing with a rush, got up to win in the final stride. FERGUSON raced under slight restraint to the stretch and took the lead with a rush, but tired right at the end. HONOLULU ROY finished fast and was wearing the leaders down at the end. Won easily; second and third driving. FEYLANCE. showing unsuspected speed, forced a fast early pace and, racing into the lead on the last turn, held the race safe to the end. CITATION rolled over and unseated her rider while on the way to the post and was cut off on the stretch turn, but closed a gap and finished fast. ROCKY MOUNTAIN ran a good race and had no mishaps. HICKMAN sot a very fast pace and, saving ground on all the turns, finished resolutely, but could not withstand the winner. PHOTOPLAY ran well throughout. WESTWOOI was taken wide in the final quarter. GItACE MAYERS, away slowly, but running one of her infrequent good races, moved up with a rush after rounding the far turn and. coming on the outside of the leaders when entering the stretch, raced into a small lead and gamely ht-ld it to the end. FlItEKRANI displayed the most speed and, making a fast pace, raced GUY into early defeat and hung on gamely in a long and hard stretch drive. RADIO came through the stretch witli a belated rush on the outside and was going fastest of all at the end. BONIFACE gained steadily and meed into close-up contention in the stretch, but was in close quarters at the sixteenth post ami tired finally. BUNGA BUCK had no mishaps. JOUETT. away in a jam, was taken up when going to the first turn and in frequent trouble afterward, but was running fast at the end. CLAYMORE quit. The latter closed a big gap and was going fast at the finish. DOCTOR JIM ran well, but tired in the final eighth. SEA WAY ran well. DISSOLUTE showed the most early speed, hut quit badly.
