CURRENT NOTES OF THE TURF Mary P. Gardner, owned by Herbert P. Gardner of Amsterdam, N. Y., won at the Blue Grass Fair meeting Wednesday. She was the only winning favorite. Jockey J. Burke came to grief at the finish of the first race at the Blue Grass. Fair Wednesday, the stewards suspending him indefinitely for taking hold of Machia-vcllis bridle while he was riding Bad. Ma-chiavelli might have won. Burke was not permitted to fill other engagements.
