I j CHEVY CHASE NOMINATIONS Crack Jumpers Named for ,000 Jumping Feature to Be Rift, at Laurel. Many excellent jumpers have been named for the Chevy Chase Steeplechase Handicap, for four-year-olds and over, with ,000 added, at about two miles and a half, to be decided in October over the Maryland State Fairs Laurel Park course. In a.i there are forty-eight nominations, which should assure a good field going to the post. J. Albert Da-vies eight-year-old gelding Ards is among those named for the race, while Neap-Tide, Houyhnhnm and Mrs. George V. Lofts Sweeprnent are also included in the nominations. The conditions and nominations for the race are as follows: CHEVY CHASE STEEPLECHASE HANDICAP ,000 added. For four-year-olds r.nd over.
