BRADLEY WILSON iS SUED AVINDSOR, Ont., September 13. Bradley-Wilson, formerly general manager of- the Western Racing Association, which operates the Devonshire race track, is named as defendant in a suit for ,000 damages and injunction proceedings involving possession of 5,000 worth of stock in the association. The plaintiff is F. C. Griffiths of New York. Wilson denied that he ever possessed any stock of Griffiths and declared that when he resigned he turned over all Devonshire stock in his possession to AV. R. Woo-latt, his successor.
