SPECIAL HAVANA BOUND Train of Twelve Cars With Big Consignment of Horses on the Way to Cuba. WASHINGTON, D. C, November 2. A special train of electric lighted horse express Pennsylvania seventy-four foot cars passed through this city today in charge of S. S. Bender, superintendent ot transportation for tlje Cuba-American Jockey and Auto Club, leaving Washington at 3 :15 p. m. and will arrive in Key West, Fla., at 8 :30 a. m. Friday, unloading at Oriental Park the afternoon of the same day. The special consisted of nine express cars, diner and coach.
