Won easily; second and third driving. LUGS was restrained close up until in the last quarter, then rushed into the lead and won going away. MODNA raced forwardly for the entire way and finished gamely. QUANAH had to "race wide on the turns and finished well. BANKER BROWN showed the most early speed, but began tiring in the last eighth. TONY SUE had no mishaps. WAYWARD LADY appeared sore when going to the post and was always outrun. NULLI SECUNDUS began well and, being hard ridden, raced close up to the leaders to the last eighth and. taking the lead in the last sixteenth, won going away. -PAVLOWA closed a big gap and, coming with a rush through the stretch, was running fastest at the end. FLOWER SHOP set a fast pace to the stretch and gave way. MARY P. GARDNER raced into the lead in the stretch, but tired right at the end. SUNNY DUCROW propped at the start and ran well. WICKFORD was going well when interfered with by APPROVAL, but finishing gamely and just got up for second place. LOU WIDRIG closed a big gap and finished gamely. APPROVAL raced well, but was swerving in the stretch. MOON WINKS set a good pace to the far turn and quit. THE WIT had a rough race. FINCASTLE had no mishaps.
