JUDGE MURPHYS STAND IN THE REMY DORR CASE NEW ORLEANS, La., Novmber 30. Joseph A. Murphy today made clear the position of the Jefferson Park stewards in respect to the Remy Dorr and other cases. He said: "Dorr was waiting for me at the depot on my arrival and asked for a hearing. I made it clear to him that the Jefferson Park and Fair Grounds stewards were not concerned in his case, except that the ruling of last years stewards would be strictly enforced until either the stewards or board of directors of the Business Mens Racing Association had modified or withdrawn the ruling. The cases are not being considered by the present stewards in any manner." Asked if he would attend a meeting of the board of directors of the Business Mens Racing Association on the cases Judge Murphy said that he was here to serve the directors and would be glad to aid them in any manner possible.
