DECLINES 5,000 OFFER NEW ORLEANS, La., November 30. A. L. Kirby today turned down an offer of 5,000 for the contract he holds on jockey J. Corcoran. He is asking 5,000. Kirby will return to Louisville Sunday, where he has the Jefferson Livingston horses in winter quarters. Corcoran will be looked after by Mose Goldblatt during the racing at both the local tracks.
