REORGANIZATION AT MOBILE MOBILE, Ala., December 2. The Mobile Business Mens Racing Association will bo reorganized at a meeting to be held here next week. R. L. Holcombe, general manager of the Mobile Ice Cream Company, will be elected president at the reorganization ; Ed Haas, vice-president ; J. A. Robinson, secretary, and E. J. Higgins, J. W. Woolf and George A. Michael, vice-presidents of the Peoples Bank, respectively, will be the finance committee. The new officers will have charge of the running meeting to be held here in February after the New Orleans meeting closes.
