SUSIANA forced the pace until well into the homestretch, where she passed BOB PRATER and drew away in the last sixteenth. SWEET COOKIE finished fast and outgamed ROSIE H. in the final drive. ROSIE II. ran well and finished gnmely. BOB PRATER set a good pace to the last eighth and tired. ARGO fell lame at the sixteenth post and was pulled up. FAITHFUL GIRL raced wide oa all tho turns. NOON GLIDE, suddenly and vastly improved, set a fast pace from the start and drew away Into 3 long lead after rounding the far turn, but was tiring badly at the end and had to be ridden out to out-finish WINNIPEG. The latter was messed about iu the early running, but finished fast and barely failed to win. BILLY BERN saved ground when entering the homestretch and ran a good race. Tho latter raced in closest pursuit and finished fast and gamely. HUMPY raced prominently, hut tired in the last eighth. CZARDOM showed improvement and finished well. BLAISE ran well for a half mile. The latter tired after making a menacing challenge at the eighth post, where he got on almost even terms with the winner. BILLY LANE finished well and ougamcd RED. The latter ran to his best form. MISERICORDE tired nfter disposing of HATRACK and taking the lead. JOB THAYER ran well, but lost ground when entering the homestretch, where he came extremely wide.
