A B GALLAHEB BUYS FABM LEXINGTON Ky January 3 Allan B Gallaher member of the widely known breed ¬ ing and racing firm Gallaher Brothers today closed a deal with Harry B Scott son of Day Scott owner of Arrow Point Stock Farm for a splendidly appointed small place on the Russell avenue pike The farm is that portion of the celebrated Kingston Stud Farm that was known as tract No 3 pur ¬ chased by E E Towles at the auction in the winter of 1920 and at an auction last year was purchased from Towles by Scott Gallaher at that time was the contending bidder The place contains S312 acres of good land has a modern cottage and about forty stalls in two fine barns with a good water system Gallaher today stated that he has fourteen brood mares that will shortly be transferred to the farm Ho and Mrs Gallaher will make their homo on the place It adjoins Short Grass Stud Farm
