COLUMBUS RACING PLANS COLUMBUS Ohio February 24 The Capital City Racing Association has an ¬ nounced its program for the spring meeting to be held at Eeulah Park from April 21 to May 3 a period of eleven days of racing racingOn On Saturdays there will be eight races while on week days there will be seven with purses of 500 000 700 and SOO SOOThe The racing officials include F W Gerhardy as presiding judge Chester Stands associate judge W C Norvell racing secretary Les ¬ ter Dean starter John Carey paddock judge and W Booker clerk of the scales scalesBeulah Beulah Park is located at Grove City four miles south of Columbus on the Baltimore and Ohio Electric cars and a paved auto road run directly to the park All the buildings are new and the track is good and safe sixtytwo feet wide
