NOVEL CONTEST ON THE ICE At St Moritz where a number of prom ¬ inent American and English jockeys arc win ¬ tering there was recently a novel contest in which ONeill Bullock McGee Jelliss Lister Whalley Archibald and Bauer com ¬ peted Each of these noted riders were mounted on ponies each drawing a woman equipped with skis the race being on ice and over SOO meters Not one of the women fell and the winner piloted by Jelliss was Miss L Levy a daughter of a wellknown racing man
