April 3.— The legal battle for the possession of the Tijuana race track, which has waged between the Zara-gosa Band Company and the Tijuana Jockey Club, came to an abrupt end yesterday when the Supreme Court of Mexico decided in favor of the Coffroth interests and ruled that the present occupants should stay in possession of the land.
