ROSS HORSES FOR HAVRE Will Not Be Selected Until Trainer McDanieis Return from Tijuana. BALTIMORE. Md.. April 5— Commander .T. K. I,. "Boss of Montreal, just back from a trip around the world, r.aid at the Ross farm in Howard County yesterday that he would await the return of Henry McDaniel from Tijuana before attempting to pick the stable that will represent him at Havre de CJrace during the coming spring meeting. McDaniel is tarrying al Tijuana to start Retake, winner of the CofTroth .Handicap, in the J0.0i.-0 Tijuana Cup. There are thirty horses of various ages in the Boss siring at the farm and William McDaniel. brother of Henry, ban thorn nearly ready. They have been industriously working over a mile training track, the back stretch of which parallels the Baltimore and Washington boulevard and is separated from it by only twenty or thirty feet. This is the finest private training track in the Kast. Two of these horses are Cudgel two-year-olds, neither of which will race before midsummer. Possible members o*f the string of fifteen that will bear the Canadian owners silks at Havre de Craee are New Hampshire. Marble. Diadema. Baby ";rand, Eilt, Mer-cutio. Prismar, Hal! jcmai ion.
