IMPROVEMENTS FOR LATONIA LOCISVILLK. Ky.. April 19,-Ceneral Manager M. J. Winn of the Kentucky Jockey Club left here this morning for Covington t supervise some improvements being made at Iatonia. A new judges stand is to be built and a tunnel under the track will be completed soon.
