ASHLAND WORK PROGRESSES LEX1XGTON, Ky., May 7. — .T. O. Keene returned this morning to Ashland, Ky., where he is superintending the construction of the track to be used by the Tri-State Fair Association. The meeting there in intenedd to begin July 10 for a period of nineteen days. Mr. Keene stated that work was progressing speedily on the plant and that it would be In readiness for the opening date.
