These suhscrip- " tions can hegin at any time and the hooks will he mailed each month to such suh-scrihers. The trouble of sending in an order each month can thus be avoided. Many purchasers of MONTHLY RACING FORM have found in the past that when they attempt to fill in missing numbers to complete their files, the issue wanted is exhausted.
