Won easily; second and third driving. NORMANA worked her way up to the leaders while racing on the outside and, passing JACKSON on the last turn, was going away at the end. FEHRAH ran well and, after seeming to tire, was coming fast at the finish. JACKSON set a gcod pace to the stretch and tired. VULTILLA ran well. SLIGO had no mishaps. NO LADY. Won handily; second and third driving. CAMOUFLAGE forced a fast early pace and, passing SEA SAND on the last turn, took a clear lead, but was hard ridden to outstay SAGAMORE. The latter began slowly, but closed a big gap and came with a ruth through the stretch. REPRISAL raced forwardly all the way. MABEL K. could never get up. SEA SAND set a fast early pace and quit. SIMOON was outrun for the first half, but gained on the leaders steadily and, coming on the outside when entering the homestretch, rushed past the leaders and was going away at the end. SCOTCH BROOM saved ground on all the turns and, coming through on the inside in the stretch, made a game finish. PHILOSOPHER raced MACDUFF into defeat-in the first half and took the lead, but tired badly in the final drive. The latter tired after setting the early pace. COCKNEY raced on the rutside of the winner all the way and made a resolute finish. MODEST ran well and finished fast. SUNMAGNE made up ground in the stretch. NEPTUNE tired in the last half. The latter worked his way up gradually on the outside and was going fastest at the end. BILLY KELLY raced in closest early pursuit of the winner and tired in the last eighth.
