Won driving; second nnd third the same. THOR dropped back to the rear in the early running, but closed a big gap and, finishing with a rush, got -up to win in the final stride. KAY S. saved ground when entering the stretch, but tired after taking the lead at the sixteenth post. MARMADUKE began very slowly, but closed a big gap and finished fast. WHISPERING was interfered with at the half mile post, where she was taken up, then moved up on the outside after entering the stretch and. racing into the lead, drew away in the last eighth. HUEN was sharply interfered with by LUCKPENNY, when the latter went to the front at the half mile post and bore over to the inside, but got clear and made a fast finish. EI GARRISON wa interfered with at the same time and ran a good race. LUCKPENNY tired and swerved after leading to the stretch. BONA FIDE finished close up.
