NO RACE TRACK FOR BELFAST The Irish correspondent of a London paper mentions that it was proposed to establish j a race course in a suburb of Belfast. The j site was approved by the official inspectors, but it was found the capital required Avould be at least $.750,000. There was so little likelihood of that amount being subscribed at the present time that the project was abandoned.
