Won driving; second and third the same. NOTENOUGH, showing a good onler of speed, passed EDMON after entering the stretch and gamely withstood the challenge cf HERDSMAN. The latter came with an electric burst of speed and would have won in another stride. MILLWICK finished with a rush. MOUNT SHASTA also finished fasL EDMON tired after setting a fast pace. SLIPPERY SMILE raced STANLEY H. into defeat, then drew away into a good lead, but had to be hard ridden at the end to win. LADY WINFREY began pulling up. but closed a big gap and was best. FABER rushed up to forward contention at ence and made a fast and game finish. BRAZOS, last to begin, ran a great ,race and finished fastest of all. TOP O TIP MORNING ran well and showed improvement.
