C. E. DURNELL IN NEW YORK NEW YORK, N. Y., March 3. C. E. "Boots" Durnell, who owned and raced a big stable in this country twenty years ago, has arrived from Rumania for a visit. Mr. Durnell is now in charge of the Rumanian National Stud. He was once half owner of McChesney.
