MACK GARNER AT DOWNS LOUISVILLE, Ky., March 4. Mack Garner, premier western jockey, has joined the stable of Peter Coyne, his contract employer. Mack, with his wife and two children, is ensconsed in the Scelbach Hotel and reports at Churchill Downs early every morning. Garner, in speaking of the two Kentucky Derby favorites, prefers Wise Counsellors chance to that of Sarazen. He says he has ridden both horses and believes Wise Counsellor will prove the best over a long route of ground.
