IRISH MILITARY CUP RACE Governor-Generals Cup to Be Run at Punches-town an International Affair. The Governor-Generals Cup, presented to the stewards of the Punehestown meeting by T. T. Healy, the first governor-general of the Irish Free State, promises to become a contest of international importance. The present indications are that the Irish, British, German, Austrian and Italian armies will be represented in the nice, which is open to officers of all European armies, navies and air forces. On behalf of the Italians Signor L. Cor-bella has already arrived in Ireland to make inquiries and German officers have not only promised to make entries for the race but to bring crack amateur horsemen to ride their horses. The Cup is worth ,000 and in addition the winner receives ,000. The Punchestown meeting takes place on April 29 and 30.
