ALL READY AT BOWIE NEW ORLEANS, La., March 17. James OHara leaves for Baltimore Tuesday to look after preliminaries attaching to the opening of Bowie. April 1. "Everything is in readiness now at the track," said Mr. OHara, "and we are assured of plenty of horses, representing some of the best stables in the East. With favorable weather we expect the banner spring meeting in the history of Bowie."
