INDIAN OWNER NOT RETIRING The Indian owner, M. Goculdas, is not going out of racing. He was recently elected to the committee of the "Western Indian Turf Club, and his colors reappeared at Bombay on December 15. Owing to business reverses Mr. Goculdas sold most of his horses in India last year, and also sold Parth to A. K. Ma-comber in England. His St. Leger winner, Caligula, was recently offered at auction, but was not sold.
