Won easily; second and third, driving. MASTER CHARLIE, showing high speed in the going, raced into a long lead and won as his rider pleased. HERDSMAN made a game finish and outstayed ALTOBLOOM. The latter tired after racins in closest but unavailing pursuit to the last sixteenth. SETHS BACON, after acting badly at the post, raced fairly well. EDMON showed a flash of speed. Won driving; second and third the same. CHET G., showing the most speed all the way, stood a hard drive and gamely withstood the final challenge of SIR JOHN JR. The latter raced in closest pursuit throughout, made a fast finish and was slowly wearing the winner down at the end. VANLOO made up ground and outstayed the tiring PAVLOWA. OLYMPIAD, after being badly outpaced during the early running, was taken wide into tho best going after turning for home and, finishing with a great rush, was going away fast at the end. CANNONBALL showed much the most speed to the stretch, but was no match for the winner when challenged. BILLY LANE finished fast and would have been second in another stride. HARTELLU tired after racing close up to the last eighth. ANZAC and MALZAVENA made up ground. JOLLY SAILOR and ROSA ATKIN tired badly. MARY JANE BAKER closed a great gap and would have won in the next stride. BICKII3 BIX did his best. LOUIS was going extremely .fast at the end. CLARKSON and BE BONERO tired after racing close up to the stretch. PRINCE BIRECT seemed anchored in the going.
