, LOSES . VALUABLE JUVENILE LOUISVILLE, Ky., March 30. While being galloped down the front stretch in the company of a stable companion. Mary Margaret, a two-year-old brown filly by Smoke House Tush Tush, bred and owned by R. P. Marshall, of Pittsburgh, Pa., and trained by Jim McKinney, stumbled and, throwing her rider, crashed into the inner rail- near the judges stand and sustained a broken neck. She had to be do3troyed. Vernon Ludwig, her rider, a Louisville boy, was thrown violently and rendered unconscious. He sustained a deep gash across his forehead and was removed to his home.
