NEW RACING PARTNERSHIP DEXINTITON, Ky., April 24.-8. A. Stewart and C. E. Cropper, both of Portsmouth. O., arrived here from I/ouisvtlle Wednesday afternoon. They have formed ;i nicmg partner-shir and are here to buy some horses if possible. W. P. Hall formerly had some horses for and with Stewart, but their alliance has been terminated. Stewart and crupper have three horses at Louisville. Both are stockholders in the Uaeeland track, which is about twenty-five miles from Portsmouth, oa the Kentucky side of the hi» river, and they are enthusiastic about the future of the new plant, which ,s to open July 10.
